ROCKET SCIENTIST LEAVES STAR WARS TO PURSUE LOVE

Beverly Hills, CA, May 28 – Mary Spio, a Boeing Engineer was on the fast track up the corporate ladder. At 29 she was among the youngest managers working on the Star Wars-Digital Cinema Project. So why did she decide to give up a dream career to focus on One2One Magazine?

"Even Jedis are encouraged to love! There was a void from not having the time and the know-how to create the meaningful relationship that I always wanted. I've spent my life researching communications in deep space, what about communications right here on earth? America has gone from being married with children to being home alone. How can anyone walk down the aisle with you when they are married to the job?" says Mary Spio.

This void exists for millions of working professionals. Today 40% of the work force is single. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the delaying of marriage to meet career objectives has resulted in a substantial increase in the number of never-married men and women in their early 30's. The number of unmarried men in their early thirties has tripled from 9% to 30% and from 6% to 22% for women.

This Deep Space Engineer applied the scientific approach to dating, creating the first national dating magazine -One2One Magazine and its companion website One2OneMag.com -- engineered to turbo boost love lives.

The national magazine will have engaging feature articles, photo personals, arts and entertainment reviews, career advice and the provocative "D-Files"– the perfect solution for busy professionals and computer-less love seekers.

In preparation for its summer launch, One2One Magazine has begun "America's Most Eligible Bachelor and Bachelorette 2002 Contest." The winners will be featured on the cover of the second-issue, and awarded an all-expense paid trip to Hollywood. Runner-ups will receive exciting sponsor gift packages.
